Check-in time is from 2:00pm onwards. If you arrive before that time, we have an area where we can store your luggage if your room is not ready. If you would like an earlier check-in, please make arrangements with our reception in advance. A charge may apply depending on availability.
Check-out time is by 12:00nn. If you want to stroll around town and will not be leaving until later in the day, we will be happy to store your luggage until you are ready to depart. If you require a late check-out, please inform our reception when booking or on arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Luggage storage is available through the Front Desk at no charge. Our team will help and assist you with your luggage and store it for you.
Private Parking is available at the back of the hotel and is free of charge. Please be reminded that cars parked are left at owner’s risk. Valet parking or assistance in parking is also available. There is a reserved pick up and drop off zone at the main entrance to the hotel.
Housekeeping service is available 24 hours. If you want your rooms to be cleaned, please make a request with our housekeeping staff or you may also inform our front desk.
Tax Exempt Guests
All Tax Exempt Guests must bring an Individual Tax Exempt form from their organization and present it upon checking in.
NagaLand Hotel is Non-Smoking
The hotel only offers smoke-free rooms. We kindly ask that you help keep our smoke-free rooms just that. Guests found to be smoking in the rooms will be charged Php 500.00 per day for deep-cleaning fee. This policy will be strictly enforced with absolutely no exceptions.
When you check out please make sure you leave your room keys with the front desk. Please do not tamper with our Clipsal power keys. It is expensive to fix. Php 5,000.00 will be charged to violators. Php 500.00 is charged for each set of lost room keys.
Business Center/ Internet Access
NagaLand Hotel provides internet access to all our deluxe rooms for a minimal fee of Php 100.00 per day. We also have a computer available with internet access for only Php 50.00 per hour. The computer is located on the ground floor in our business center. The business center is open daily from 8am-6pm.
Additional Guest/ Person
Php 150.00 is added for every extra person (over the age of 12).
We welcome children of all ages as our very special guests. Children 12 years old and under are free in the same room as their parents. Pls. limit to 2 children per room.
Group and Monthly Rates
Group and monthly rates are available. We consider a group 10 or more rooms arriving together. Please inquire with our front desk for rates and availability.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to arrival in order to warrant a deposit/down payment refund. If cancellation is made less than 3 days before arrival, deposit made will be forfeited. You will otherwise be charged for one night’s stay. Keep in mind time changes between the Philippines and abroad.
Any late arrivals after any given time by the guests request, a no show or a cancellation on the spot will be charged for the one night stay.
In case of early departure, please inform our front desk. Cancellation of room reservation must be made 24 hours before departure date otherwise you will be charged for one night’s stay. For peak season, cancellation of room reservation must be made 3 days before departure date.
Reservations and Booking policy
We have a variety of accommodations with single, double, queen or king size beds. Our staff can help you make a choice about which room would be best for you to book. A deposit equal to 50% of the stay is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved, regardless of their actual arrival and departure.
Payments and Currencies
We accept cash, bank checks (by approval), MasterCard, Visa, JCB and American Express. Please take note that we charge additional 5% for credit card payments when you avail of our package rate. As for currencies, we only accept Philippine Peso, Euro and US Dollars
We have security guards 24 hours. However, please be reminded that all personal belongings are left at owner’s risk. Management accepts no responsibility for it.
We apologize that pets are not allowed within the hotel premises but certified service animals accompanying persons with disabilities are always accepted.
Rates and Taxes
All rates are based on per room, per night basis, single, double or triple occupancy. All rates are VAT inclusive. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Anything taken from the mini bar will be charged accordingly. It will be added to your bill upon check-out.
Anything inside the room like bed sheets, towels, pillows, pillow cases, etc… are considered hotel’s property. Anything missing from the room that is hotel’s property will be charged accordingly.

Safety Deposit Boxes
You can leave your valuables in our safety deposit boxes located beside our luggage storage.
Valid ID or Credit Card upon Check-In
You must leave a valid ID with proper photo identification or an existing credit card with us upon check-in. This is for you to remember to check-out with us and to return to us your room key.
Gate Pass upon Check-Out
You are required to secure a gate pass from the front desk before check-out.
Breakfast is served in the Trevi Café between 6:30am & 10:00am. Request for an earlier breakfast must be booked in advance.

Senior Citizen Discount
We give 20% off the current regular rate to senior citizens. Senior Citizen Discounts however cannot be applied to package rates, promos and discounted rates. Please present your valid ID at the front desk.
Shuttle service transfers to and from the airport is free of charge. Please inform the front desk in advance if you will need a shuttle.

Transportation / Car rental
You can go around the town by riding the tricycle, jeepney or multicab or you can ride the bus to go to farther places. If you are seeking for adventure, we can rent a calesa (horse with a small carriage) for you to go around the town. If you are looking for convenience, our van is available. Please book with us in advance.
Laundry / Pressing / Dry Cleaning
Laundry is charged by the kilo. Pressing and Dry Cleaning is charged by the number of pieces. We also do express laundry (4 hours) with additional surcharge. Pls. inquire current charges with the front desk.
We can mail your letters, postcards, packages within the Philippines and abroad.
After a long day, a masseuse can help you relax. Our massage is a combination of Swedish, Reflex, Shiatsu and Thai massage. This full body massage treatment utilizes various techniques to relieve tension, soothe muscle aches and pains and increase circulation. If you are interested, please book with us in advance.
If you used your car coming here and you feel like your car is a mess, we can wash your car for a minimum charge of Php100.00.

We can photocopy, scan, print and fax anything for you in our business center.
